Refik Demerovick joined Rollac in 2001, and is the production supervisor for the organization. He is responsible for the fabrication of cut sheets for custom shutter production and makes adjustments as necessary to produce products within specifications. Refik supervises all aspects of the manufacturing production teams and safeguards quality assurance for the organization.
Prior to Rollac in 1992, Refik and his family immigrated to Germany from Bosnia in order to escape the civil war. Upon his arrival in Germany, Refik began his six year long venture installing and repairing roller shutters for another company in Germany.
Today, Refik along with his wife Asija, both continue to serve Rollac dependably. Away from work Refik can be found enjoying time with his wife and extended family on his boat while fishing.
